Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept automatic returns. All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Exchanges

If you believe your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us at mciveriv@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if applicable.

Approval of returns is not guaranteed and is granted at our sole discretion.

Approved Returns

If your return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the item.
